In 1936, after a police raid Wonder Bar moved to Jefferson Parish, outside police jurisdiction, and reopened as the Wonder Club By 1947, Wonder Club changed it name to Club My-O-My Becoming a regular stop for touring drag performers In January of 1972, Club My-O-My closed its due to damages from a fire.
